Commentary on Car Accident on Brownsville-Port Isabel Highway

While it's not unusual to see few details so soon after a serious crash, reports this sparse are concerning. It can sometimes be a sign that authorities aren't really looking into things as thoroughly as victims and families would hope. Maybe nothing unusual happened here, but it's often prudent to ensure independent investigators look into things as soon as possible to ensure nothing important slips through the cracks.
