Jonathan Sacalxot Cortez Killed in Car Accident in Houston, TX

I can't help wondering if the victim's loved ones ever got clear answers about what happened here. I can't begin to count how many times families came to weeks or months following a tragic accident only to have absolutely nothing to show for it. Authorities don't always give single-vehicle wrecks like this the attention they deserve because they just assume the driver must have made a mistake. Maybe that's what led to this crash, but it's best to let the evidence speak for itself. Were efforts ever made to do that here?
