Lorenzo Salas Flores Killed in 18-wheeler Accident in Kerr County, TX

Kerr County, TX -- May 10, 2022, Lorenzo Salas Flores was killed due to an accident where an 18-wheeler crashed off I-10.

Investigators reported that the crash took place at around 1:35 a.m. along I-10 near mile marker 515 at Schultz Ranch Road. According to officials, 59-year-old Lorenzo Salas Flores was in a semi-truck traveling southbound along the interstate. While rounding a curve, the truck drifted off-road and crashed through a guardrail.

Due to the crash, Flores sustained fatal injuries. Authorities said dash cam suggested that Flores "may have diverted his attention from the roadway." This and other factors remain unconfirmed.

Especially with single-vehicle wrecks, they often come up with what seem to be obvious explanations without really digging into the facts.
