Commentary on Fatal Car Accident off Gulf Bank Road in Houston

To be rather blunt, the reports on this crash are rather pitiful. They barely say what happened, and they don't even have an age for the victim. Just to be clear, I don't say this because I feel I'm entitled to this information. As long as the family is getting answers, that's the most important thing. But when official reports are this sparse, I often find that authorities imply aren't giving the crash any attention. As a result, crucial details like mechanical defects, road hazards, other vehicles that left the scene, and alcohol that was illegally over-served by a local bar slip through the cracks. Whatever happened here, it's important a grieving family at least knows they're getting the full story. My experience with similar reports makes me worried those steps aren't being taken here.
