It's not entirely clear what happened here, but with two companies likely involved, I doubt things are going to be anywhere close to simple. Put simply, trucking and insurance companies have one priority in these situations: avoid as much responsibility as possible. That often leaves drivers stuck between those bickering companies, and without the right evidence and legal tools, their voice may be drowned out in all the noise.

That's how one gets into situations like a client I had not long ago who had a serious spinal injury. The other driver's company essentially accused the man of lying about his injuries. Fortunately, we put together testimony from medical experts using state-of-the-art imaging tools to prove the man's injuries were serious and needed extensive treatments. Thanks to that undeniable evidence, the man was able to tell his side of the story and get the help he needed. Whatever happened in this particular crash, it's possible similar steps will be required to get folks the help they need.
