Fatality Confirmed in Truck Accident on I-80 in Clearfield County, PA

Clearfield County, PA -- June 29, 2022, at least one person was killed due to an accident where a semi-truck crashed on I-80.

Investigators said that the crash took place Wednesday afternoon near the Penfield exit along westbound I-80. The exact cause of the crash is unclear at this time. Authorities said that multiple vehicles crashed, resulting in a tractor-trailer overturning. At least one person died in the accident. Investigations are ongoing.
