Commentary on Lawrence Stone Truck Accident in Gurnee

There isn't much information about what happened here, and a lack of information this long after a serious crash is often concerning. It could simply be that authorities are withholding what they know as investigations continue. However, I have families come to me all the time about crashes like this where it turns out police just didn't treat their loved one's death seriously, allowing important details to slip through the cracks.

That's one of the reasons I'm so adamant about thorough independent investigations. Especially with something as challenging as a fatal truck wreck involving a large fire, having the experience and the equipment to look into complex issues is vital for a family in need of answers. Were those teps ever taken here?
