Commentary on Motorcycle Accident on Hye Albert Road in Blanco County

It's possible alcohol was a factor here, and that can even bring up investigations into wherever that alcohol came from, since they could be liable for the crash if they over-served the driver. With that said, I've come across plenty of motorcycle wrecks where it turned out authorities were just jumping to conclusions because they assumed the motorcyclist was being reckless. This negative bias is all too common with motorcyclists, which is all the more reason to ensure the evidence can speak for itself. Are the right professionals looking into these details to ensure nothing important goes overlooked?
