Luis Miguel Roman Hernandez Killed in Hit-and-run Accident in Houston, TX

Houston, TX -- June 27, 2022, one person was killed due to an accident where a vehicle hit him along North Freeway and left the scene.

Preliminary investigations reported that the crash took place at around 1:20 a.m. along the North Freeway near the Little York Road exit.

Officials said that a 35-year-old man got out of a minivan or SUV traveling along northbound lanes. The man then "ran" from the vehicle, and that vehicle left the scene. Sometime afterward, a Jeep hit the man, then left the scene. An 18-wheeler then hit the man and stopped at the scene.

The pedestrian succumbed to fatal injuries in the accident. Police continue to search for the vehicles that left the scene.
