Commentary on Car Accident on SW 46th Avenue in Amarillo

A common mistake I encounter a lot is people assuming a typical car accident is always simple or straight-forward. Nothing that the average police report can't handle. That can be true, of course, it'd be ridiculous to pretend this sort of thing wasn't usually just someone on their phone, going too fast, or not paying enough attention. But there can sometimes be complex issues police aren't used to addressing.

Amarillo, TX Car Accident Injures 1 on SW 46th Avenue

What if there was a mechanical defect? What if an intersection is poorly designed or controlled? What if someone is drunk because they were illegally over-served by a bar the night before to the point they were still drunk hours later when they drove to work? Unlikely or not, these have all contributed to accidents before, and they can require thorough independent investigations to properly address. People need as much help as they can get, and that means getting clear answers that crash reports alone may not be enough to bring to light.
