Commentary on Rollover Accident at New Valley Hi in San Antonio

This early in the morning, it wouldn't be too surprising to see some old friends rear their ugly heads. Drunk driving, for example, is often involved in crashes like this due to bars closing right around that time. Not only could that mean significant consequences for a driver, it could also mean a bar being liable for the victim's injuries if they over-served someone. This is called dram shop law, it often takes independent investigations to address it properly. Of course, that's just a common factor. Even things like mechanical defects or road hazards are worth looking into when it comes to getting people the help they need. Are those steps being taken here?
