Commentary on Anthony Jimerson II Car Accident in Longview

Just after 2:00 a.m. a lot of folks will no doubt assume alcohol led to this crash. That's certainly common, and it's very important to consider when someone is seriously hurt. Part of that, of course must be looking into whether or not a local alcohol provider over-served someone, as they could be liable for the resulting injuries. But that's still just one possibility. Even unlikely factors like mechanical defects or road hazards warrant attention if folks are going to get the help they need. Are authorities giving this incident the attention it deserves, or would more thorough independent investigations show there's more to the story?
