Ashland, NY -- June 15, 2022, one person was killed as the result of an accident where a dump truck ran off-road and struck empty homes.
Authorities reported that the crash took place at around 2:00 p.m. along State Route 23. Investigators reported that a dump truck was traveling along the highway when the brakes may have failed, sending the truck off-road. There, the truck crashed into two unoccupied homes.
