Commentary on Wrong-Way Accident in Navarro County
It sets off some pretty serious warning bells when someone drives on the wrong side of the road, particularly in an early-morning (or VERY late-night) crash. There are a few common explanations for that--disorientation in an unfamiliar area, limited visibility on a dark stretch of road, distraction from something inside the vehicle, intoxication--and each deserves careful investigation. Intoxication in particular is important to look into; if the driver was over-served by a local business then that business may be liable for all three victims' injuries in the collision under dram shop law.

However, right now it's still anyone's guess why the Nissan was in the wrong lane. Until more conclusive evidence is found it's best nobody jump to any conclusions. I suggested some possible areas to investigate above, but I'm not claiming to know if any of them are truly involved. Will law enforcement give this wreck the careful attention it deserves to get to the bottom of it?
