Commentary on Wenceslao Teletor-Ajualip Hit-and-run Accident in Nashville

It's unfortunate to see people leave a person behind like this. The moments those drivers could have spent calling for help may have saved this person's life. The first driver stopping may have even prevented the second collision. Clearly, finding the drivers involved here is crucial, and the best chance of that happening is keeping the details in the public eye.

Not long ago, for example, we recirculated reports about an 18-wheeler hit-and-run. Some weeks later, a couple called us saying they witnessed the crash and wrote down the truck's information. Somehow, the authorities lost track of the witnesses and never followed up on the evidence. Thanks to them finding our reports, that truck driver was identified. Maybe nothing so simple happened here, but any effort to get answers for someone's loved ones should be considered.
