Commentary on Anthony Craig Thomas Truck Accident in Baytown

There are many reasons someone would fail to avoid a slower moving truck on the highway, though it will most often come down to distracted driving. A court order for the cell phone records would no doubt help shed light on this awful event. But that's far from the whole story. Even unusual factors are worth looking into, such as mechanical issues, whether the victim's truck held up appropriately in the rollover, whether or not the guardrail should have deflected or crumpled away from the truck on impact, whether or not crashes like this are common on this stretch of road, etc. Someone lost their life here. That alone makes it worth finding out what exactly led to that death and who might be responsible.
