One Dead in Auto-Pedestrian Accident on Ben White Blvd in Austin, TX

Austin, TX — June 5, 2022, one person died in an auto-pedestrian collision on East Ben White Boulevard in Southeast Austin.

According to reports the incident happened shortly before 6:55 a.m. on the 4710-5604 block of westbound Ben White, near Alvin Devane Boulevard. There aren't many details yet about what happened, but reports say an adult was pronounced dead at the scene of what investigators suspect was a collision with a vehicle.

The investigation continues. No further information is currently available.
