Commentary on Eduardo Sheldon Regalado Truck Accident in Twin Falls County

Something that folks need to keep in mind is just how little these reports truly say. Someone was hit in the road, police say, but there's no indication of who had the right-of-way, how visible the victim was, where they were in relation to the road, whether or not the driver should have been able to avoid them, or even whether or not police were able to speak with witnesses. Maybe they are simply withholding specific details for the time being, but I can't help wondering whether or not this is a sign that the crash isn't getting the attention it deserves. A man lost his life here. Are his loved ones truly getting the answers they need?
