One Killed, Two Injured in 18-Wheeler Accident on West Mills Rd in Beaux Bridge, LA

Beaux Bridge, LA -- May 26, 2022, one person was killed and two were injured when an SUV and an 18-wheeler collided on West Mills Avenue in Beaux Bridge.

Authorities say the incident happened Thursday on the 200 block of West Mills between Berard Street and Cannery Road. Preliminary investigation suggests only that a white SUV and a tractor-trailer crashed into one another in the area for unknown reasons.

Investigators confirmed one fatality after the crash. Two other people suffered unspecified injuries.

The crash remains under investigation. No further information is currently available.
