Two Injured in Rear-end 18-wheeler Accident on I-20 in Monahans, TX

Monahans, TX -- February 26, 2022, two people were injured due to an accident where a pickup crashed into the back of an 18-wheeler on I-20.

Authorities reported that the crash took place just after 4:00 p.m. along I-20 near mile marker 77.

Investigators said that a Ford F-350 was going eastbound along the interstate. Somehow, the truck crashed into the back of a tractor-trailer.

The driver reportedly had non-incapacitating injuries while the passenger reportedly had incapacitating injuries. Police gave no further details.
