Commentary on Faustino Hernandez Ortiz Car Accident in Dallas

Faustino Hernandez Ortiz Car Accident Dallas, TX

This early in the morning folks are no doubt going to believe alcohol must have played a role here. Now, is that common? Absolutely. Just half an hour after last call, it's especially important to consider if a local bar illegally over-served someone, since that bar can be liable under dram shop law for contributing to a fatal crash. With that said, prudent investigators don't overlook possible factors just because they seem unlikely. Even something like a mechanical defect deserves attention when it comes to getting a grieving family the answers they deserve. So, are steps being taken here to get answers, or will there need to be more thorough independent investigations from professionals?
