Commentary on Bicycle Accident on Norma Street in San Angelo
With a situation like this, folks may be quick to jump to conclusions. A late night accident tends to bring up concerns of things like distraction and drunk driving. Those are certainly important to consider, especially if someone was over-served by a local bar, since that bar may also need to face consequences for contributing to the crash. That said, things aren't always so dramatic. Sometimes, visibility is poor, someone is riding where they shouldn't be, or a driver isn't paying enough attention to avoid someone that should have been reasonably avoidable. It's important someone with the proper experience handles these details to make sure nothing important slips through the cracks. That could be pivotal in getting someone some much needed help.
