Galt, CA -- May 19, 2022, Richard Jooha Lim was killed due to an accident where Lim's vehicle crashed with a tractor-trailer.

Authorities reported that the crash took place just before noon in the area of Highway 99 and Simmerhorn Road.

According to officials, 42-year-old Richard Jooha Lim was in a minivan traveling northbound along the highway. Police believe that the van was going over the speed limit and went onto the shoulder for some time before hitting the back of a tractor-trailer parked there.
