Roberto Rojas Single-Vehicle Accident Cameron County, TX

With situations like this, it's important people wait for all the facts. I see too many people read reports like this and just assume the driver messed up. Is that possible? Certainly--in fact it's likely. They could have been speeding, fatigued, or on their way home from a bar (which could prompt an investigation into the bar if they're responsible for over-serving the driver). But other less likely factors still warrant investigation. Even something like a mechanical defect is worth attention considering authorities rarely touch on those possibilities on their own. Were the proper steps taken here to find out what all led to this crash, or will there need to be more thorough independent investigations?
