Antonio Salinas Motorcycle Accident Fort Bend County, TX

With motorcycle wrecks, it's important to recognize that early reports don't always tell the whole story. In fact, many people--authorities included--can be quick to blame the victim simply because they believe motorcyclists are all reckless drivers. I certainly wouldn't deny that things like speeding and alcohol are common in these situations. There could even be a local establishment responsible for over-serving the driver. But jumping to conclusions isn't going to get people the help they need. Most motorcyclists are responsible drivers, and it's worth looking into other possibilities, even if they seem unlikely. From mechanical issues to road hazards to the nearby construction zone being unsafely marked, getting the facts means ensuring there's an experienced, unbiased investigation.
