With situations like this, most everyone would agree that identifying the driver involved is crucial. Not only is leaving the scene of an accident in and of itself a serious mistake, but the reason people leave the scene is often serious, as well. Those drivers are usually hiding something, such as warrants, drugs, or perhaps drunk driving. Getting these answers can be crucial for victims and families in serious need of assistance. By keeping the details in the public eye as much as possible, hopefully someone can come forward and connect the dots for the victim's loved ones.
