Commentary on Shealynn Allison Motorcycle Accident in El Paso

Shealynn Allison Motorcycle Accident El Paso, TX

Late at night, folks may be quick to jump to conclusions, especially given how common something like drunk driving is in these situations. As important as that is to look into, there could be other factors at work here. While someone could be on their way home from a bar (which could even mean that bar would be liable for their involvement under dram shop law), there may also have been mechanical issues. There could have been road hazards. Maybe some other driver was involved, but they left the scene. Perhaps the driver was speeding, or maybe they experienced a medical emergency. Quite frankly, folks are generally quick to blame motorcyclists without actually giving the evidence a chance to speak for itself. It remains to be seen if this particular crash is getting the attention it deserves.
