The reports here seem pretty straight-forward, but any crash involving a motorcycle is going to present unique challenges. This is due to the fact that a lot of people have negative biases against motorcyclists. They may be quick to assume that a motorcyclist was speeding or otherwise being reckless even when there's no evidence to say so. Insurance companies know this all too well, which is why they often do everything in their power to shift blame onto the victims. That's why, even when the facts seem clear, crashes like this are usually better off in the hands of experienced of professionals. It's not just about having the facts on your side. It's about knowing how to use those facts to anticipate and challenge the tactics insurance companies use to stand between people and the help they deserve.
