Bicycle Car Accident Commerce Street Harlingen, TX

This soon after an accident, it's not unusual for there to be so few details about an accident. One thing to consider is that some folks have a lot of bias against bicyclists, assuming they're all just flouting the rules. In reality, many people get hurt while operating bicycles perfectly responsibly. A lot of drivers out there simply aren't keeping a proper lookout for smaller vehicles. It's not clear if anything like that happened here, but it's one of the reasons why more thorough independent investigations are often necessary in these situations. Perhaps those efforts would work toward getting folks the help they need here.
