Commentary on Car Accident on 34th Street in Lubbock

A common mistake I see from people a lot--even less experienced attorneys--is thinking a crash is simple just because it only involves two passenger cars. They often can be, but the challenge is that they can prove to be far more complex, and if steps aren't taken to anticipate those complex factors, victims and families may not have what they need to get answers.

For example, any car accident in a college town like Lubbock could easily involve alcohol. That could then lead to dram shop law if it turned out a local bar or restaurant illegally over-served one of the drivers. Without the right tools and evidence, how can the average person handle such a complex legal maze? I'm not saying anything like that happened here, but it's always prudent to have experienced investigators look into things to anticipate the potential roadblocks that will stand between people and the help they deserve.
