Victor Gonzalez Acosta, 2 Injured in Truck Accident on I-70 in Montgomery County, MO

Montgomery County, MO -- April 20, 2022, Victor Gonzalez Acosta and two others were injured after a multiple vehicle accident involving an 18-wheeler.

Authorities responded to the area of I-70 mile marker 163 at around 7:15 a.m. In their reports, officials said that there was a previous crash, and a semi-truck swerved to avoid it. After this, a GMC reportedly driven by Victor Gonzalez Acosta somehow collided with that truck. Another semi then crashed off the side of the road.

After the crash, EMS transported Gonzalez Acosta and two passengers from his vehicle to area hospitals. It's unclear if anyone else was hurt. Right now, an exact cause of the crash has not been confirmed.
