Commentary on Single-Vehicle Accident on Highway 35 in Alvin

Single-Vehicle Accident Highway 35 victory lane Alvin, TX

Something I come across a lot is people blaming drivers after single-vehicle wrecks without actually knowing what happened. In fact, the same is true for motorcycle wrecks. This crash involving both makes this situation ripe for all kinds of speculation. Of course, it's best that folks avoid this kind of behavior. At the end of the day, however common some factors may be, it's best to let the evidence do the talking. Is it possible the driver made a mistake? Sure, but it's also possible they were a victim of circumstances completely beyond their control. The key is making sure investigators are prudent and thorough so that nothing important slips through the cracks. Did the authorities give this incident the unbiased attention it deserved?
