Greeia Boykin, Patton Antonio single-Vehicle Accident Irving, TX

With a crash like this and a driver allegedly trying to leave the scene, it wouldn't be all that surprising if alcohol was indeed a factor. Between 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., it would be irresponsible not to consider alcohol as a possible factor. A big reason for that is because local bars are often involved in that they illegally over-serve drivers and contribute to serious wrecks like this. That can make them liable for the resulting injuries under dram shop law which is yet another reason thorough investigations are so crucial. With that said, early reports don't always tell the whole story. There could be extenuating circumstances to consider here, so folks shouldn't jump to conclusions before experienced invesstigators have had a chance to look into things.
