Corpus Christi, TX Car Accident Holly Everhart

At 2:00 a.m., folks will no doubt assume that alcohol had something to do with this crash. It's an all too common factor, of course, and it can even lead to more complex situations. For example, a lot of crashes like this involve people on their way home from bars. If evidence shows that the bar illegally over-served the driver, that bar could be liable under dram shop law for their role in the victims' injuries. Is that something the authorities looked into here? There could obviously be other factors involved, and they absolutely warrant investigations, as well. But this early in the morning, it would be irresponsible not to consider something as serious and as common as alcohol.
