Commentary on Miguel Silva Rosales Car Accident in Austin

It's not for me to say if these reports are accurate or not. If investigations confirm that alcohol was a factor here, that would also make it important to find out where that alcohol came from. Put simply, if a local establishment like a restaurant or bar over-serves someone who is obviously intoxicated, and that leads to a serious accident, that establishment can be liable for contributing to the victims' injuries. Otherwise, if there are more complex factors surrounding this authorities overlooked, it would be yet another reason to make sure experienced investigators look into things. The more answers investigators bring to light, the more victims and families have to work with to get the help they need.
