Ramon Garcia, Rollover Accident Hidalgo County, TX

There are obviously some concerning claims made in these initial reports, but it's important to understand that we as outsiders simply reading preliminary reports can't say what did or didn't happen leading up to the crash. Maybe the vehicle involved here was indeed evading police, and that led to the deadly rollover. maybe it was evading, and some other unavoidable, coincidental factor led to the crash. Or maybe this was all a big misunderstanding, and the victims were all in a circumstance that couldn't be avoided. That's certainly not for me to say. That's why my thoughts in these situations turn to the families involved. If nothing else, they deserve to know they're getting the full story. Getting them that story may require a lot more than a simple police report to make sure the evidence can speak for itself.
