One Killed in Truck Accident on State Route 80 in Hendry County, FL

Hendry County, FL -- April 14, 2022, one person was killed due to an accident where a box truck crashed with a flatbed truck along State Route 80.

Authorities reported that the crash took place at around 10:00 a.m. in the area of State Route 80 and County Road 833.

In their reports, officials said that a westbound box truck crashed into a flatbed truck that was disabled along the side of the highway.

Due to the crash, the box truck driver succumbed to fatal injuries. No one else was apparently hurt. Additional details are unavailable at this time.
