Desmond Deon Craddock Pedestrian Accident Denison, TX

There isn't much information about what happened here, but some folks may think the investigations will be straight-forward. Either the pedestrian was supposed to be in the road or they weren't, right? Well, things aren't really that simple. As important as right-of-way is to any accident, it's also important to consider how avoidable the incident was. For example, if someone is in the middle of the road where it's too dark to see them, a driver doing everything right might not be able to avoid a collision. However, if the pedestrian was clearly visible and far enough away to avoid, a driver failing to avoid them would raise some serious red flags. Were they drunk? On their phone? Going too fast? I can't say if anything like that happened here, and I'm not even saying that's all that likely. The key is simply to ensure that there are thorough investigations to ensure the victim's loved ones get the answers they deserve.
