Commercial truck wrecks are pretty much always serious, but I can at least hope the reports saying there were only minor injuries are accurate. To be frank, those reports don't always have their facts straight. That's how you get situations like one I handled a while back where a "minor" injury turns into something far more serious.
In that case, a commercial vehicle crashed with a man's vehicle, causing some back pain. Doctors initially sent him home with little more than a prescription for some Ibuprofen and a heating pad. Days later, however, he could barely move due to the pain. Further tests showed that the crash ruptured a disk in his spine.
