Gloria Contreras Vasquez Alleged DWI Accident Montgomery County, TX

Alcohol is always a serious issue to look into after a crash, though to be clear I'm not bringing this up to throw stones. On the contrary, it's important to consider the ways people can get the help they need after a serious accident. Accidents involving alcohol can be particularly complex. This is because of dram shop law, which says that an alcohol provider who over-serves an obviously intoxicated person can be liable for damages resulting from that intoxication. If something like that happened here it would be irresponsible not to take steps to pursue a possible avenue to get someone some much needed help. Whether or not authorities have considered this remains unclear.
