David Barsh, Cortez Jackson Truck Accident St Francois County, MO

It's not clear what happened here, but folks tend to overlook crashes like this. They just assume that the driver made a mistake. That's certainly the most likely explanation, but it's important to consider other possibilities. For example, a lot of truck drivers and other workers are unnecessarily put in danger by their employers forcing them to operate vehicles that are in a state of disrepair. If there's a company out there neglecting to keep their employees safe and not repairing their vehicles, that absolutely needs to be addressed. And while not very likely, it's also important to look into mechanical defects the owner of the truck couldn't have foreseen. Making sure investigators who have the tools and experience to look into all of this will be crucial.
