Laredo, TX Semi-Truck Accident I-35 Killam Industrial

In a situation like this, there can be some controversy over who exactly is responsible for the crash. It would seem like this all started when another vehicle cut off the truck driver, but the authorities not really saying anything about that is sometimes a sign that they're skeptical of that claim. I'm certainly not here to jump to conclusions, but it's important to understand that passengers in these situations are almost always blameless. That's why it's important for their sake to understand everything that contributed to the crash. Whether one driver or the other caused their injuries, or perhaps even both drivers played a role in the crash, they can have an opportunity to get the help they need regardless of who's to blame. Are steps being taken here to make sure they can tell their side of the story?
