Commentary on Motorcycle, Big Rig Accident on I-95 in Flagler County
There isn't information about what exactly happened here, so the last thing I'd want to do is jump to conclusions. My concern, however, is some folks may let unfair bias steer their thoughts on the matter. A lot of people see a motorcyclist, and they just automatically assume the motorcyclist was being reckless. Is that possible? Sure, but it's important to let the evidence speak for itself. I've had cases where even the police were quick to jump to conclusions, and it took us conducting more thorough independent investigations to correct the record. So whether the big rig driver messed up, the motorcyclist, or there were some other external factors to consider, it's crucial to have experienced, unbiased professionals look into the details as soon as possible.
