Commentary on Bicycle Accident on Highway 105 in Liberty County near Tarkington
While it would be ridiculous to suggest bicyclists never do anything wrong, I also find people are generally too quick to assume bicyclists caused their own accidents. There are more than a few instances of larger vehicles cutting them off, driving into bike lanes, and otherwise harming cyclists to prove why it's important to wait for all the facts to come to light. Hopefully experienced accident reconstructionists are getting to the bottom of exactly what happened here.
