Joyce Eckelbarger Killed, 1 Injured in Car Accident in New Haven, IN

New Haven, IN -- A car crash in New Haven took the life of Joyce E. Eckelbarger and injured one other on January 30, 2020.

According to eyewitness reports, Eckelbarger crossed the median and then hit an incoming pickup truck. EMS declared her dead at the 1600 block of Minnich Road.

The unnamed driver of the Dodge Ram sustained non-incapacitating injuries, and medics transported him to a local hospital.
