Lakeway, TX Representatives from the NTSB and the Texas DPS have not yet named the person that died or the person that was injured in a plane crash that happened in Lakeway, Texas on March 14th, 2019.
Officers indicated that the plane crashed after two aborted landing attempted near the intersection of Lakeway Boulevard and The Hills Drive, and that one person was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, while another was pulled from the wreckage by EMS and rushed to a hospital with unknown injuries. Several national and state agencies are currently assisting Lake Travis officials with the accident investigation.
