E. Michael Grossman
E. Michael Grossman was born on March 26, 1964 in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Grossman graduated from St. Marks School of Texas in Dallas, Texas in 1983. Mr. Grossman attended the University of Alabama on a tennis scholarship and was a 3-year varsity letterman. Mr. Grossman graduated from the University of Alabama in 1987. Mr. Grossman continues to compete in senior tennis events. Mr. Grossman and his father, attorney Rene Grossman, have been a top nationally ranked father-son tennis duo.
Mr. Grossman attended Baylor School of Law. Mr. Grossman was primarily interested in Baylor because of its nationally recognized litigation program. Mr. Grossman graduated from Baylor School of Law in 1990.
Grossman Law Offices was established in February 1991. Grossman Law Offices primarily concentrates in personal injury cases including but not limited to: motor vehicle accidents, 18-wheeler accidents, construction accidents, bus accidents, railroad accidents, motorcycle accidents, boating accidents, dram shop cases, wrongful death, paralysis, Vioxx, Celebrex, SUV rollover, premises liability, and products liability. Grossman Law Offices has also represented clients in criminal cases, and business litigation.

In August 2003, Mr. Grossman married Jacy Fedric from Texarkana, Texas. On November 22, 2005, Noel Michaela Grossman was born.

John W. Pate
John W. Pate was born in Dallas, Texas and raised in El Paso, Texas. Mr. Pate attended and graduated from Coronado High School in El Paso, Texas. Mr. Pate returned to north Texas to attend Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, where Mr. Pate received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Mr. Pate attended the University of Texas School of Law and received his law degree in 2002. While attending the University of Texas School of Law, Mr. Pate served as an editor of the Texas Review of Law and Politics, and was active in moot court and mock trial competitions. Mr. Pate is currently admitted to practice law before the Texas Supreme Court and is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association, and the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association. Mr. Pate joined Grossman Law Offices in March 2004.
Mr. Pate has been involved in active civil litigation in State and Federal Courts since 2004. Mr. Pate has broad based experience in representing Plaintiffs successfully in complex tort litigation involving personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, products liability, construction accident and other catastrophic injury cases. In addition, Mr. Pate has represented Plaintiffs and Defendants alike in a variety of contract, debt-collection and homeowner's insurance disputes.
