Tennessee Highway Patrol have released the name of an individual who was killed in a single-vehicle tractor-trailer accident on January 12th, 2013. Accident Investigators currently believe that Carroll Hall was killed when the front-end loader he was transporting on a tractor-trailer lurched forward and crushed the passenger cabin of his truck.

According to the report, Hall became trapped inside the vehicle as a result of the shifted cargo and was pronounced dead on the scene by emergency response personnel when they arrived. A crane was required to remove the heavy machinery that had crushed Hall in his vehicle. The investigation into the fatality accident remains active and ongoing.
