Ariel Solis and Robert Ruiz killed when 15-year-old crashes into wall
UPDATE!!!
The victims of the accident have been identified as 15-tear-old Ariel Solis, known as Nathaniel, and 13-year-old Robert Ruiz. The driver of the car, 15-year-old Michael Tucker, was charged with failure to stop and render aid after fleeing the scene. Police have not commented on who the vehicle belonged to other than to say that the vehicle did not belong to a family member.
Story as it was originally posted:
On April 20, 2008 a group of teenagers were driving around 2:30 AM in Austin, TX. when the driver of the car lost control and crashed into a concrete retaining wall.
Two of the teenage passngers in the car died at the scene and a third was taken to a local hospital with life threatening injuries. The 15-year-old driver of the car seems to have left the scene and was arrested for failure to stop and render aid.
The teens were driving westbound on Avery Ranch Road when they left the roadway near the intersection at Loxley. The Chrysler Sebring they were traveling in struck the wall with such force that pieces of the concrete wall broke free and were deposited several feet away on the other side.
The accicdent is still under investigation by the Austin PD Vehicular Homicide Unit.

i went to school at the RROC with Rob, but i didnt know him well cause he was a few grades younger. but damn thats sad theyre gone. especially on 420! :[

I knew every person that was involed in this acident.They all ment so much to me.Robbie was my bestfriend,had been since kindergarden.Even after me changing to a new school nothing could tare me and Rob apart.He was like a brother to me and we shared so much together.It's hard to know he left at such a young age.We all miss him so much.The loss of their lives was terrible and was schocking.They may be gone but each of their spirts is still with us.Robbie I know me and you will still remain bestfriends it's been hard without you but I know all you want from us is to go on with our lives,never cry and always smile.I know thats what I would want you to do for me.And thats what Im going to do for you.May they all rest in peace. 4.20.08
