I was watching the news when I heard of this and I felt horrible for his family. I am very sorry to hear of your loss.
Jeffrey, I think the fund is a wonderful idea. It's good to see that someone is taking the initiative to ensure that his children are taken care of.
My law firm is based in Dallas and I would be happy to help Mr. Lansdale's family pursue a wrongful death claim. We have handled numerous cases that are very similar to this tragic situation where we were able to get good results for the victim's family.
